I have been treated poorly through out my entire stay. I moved into a unit with a broken water heater. I have experienced rude comments from other people staying here and not a great experience once so ever. Cooperate was even worse. Very disgusting on how they treat people here. Especially towards people of color.

I lived here at Valley about a year ago and the service was great. My parents still live here. I grew out of the space and moved out with my now husband. However, the service here at Valley was always beyond my expectation. The service manager was always punctual and always went out of his way to fix anything that needed to be fixed in a timely manner. If the a/c was broken then he would bring a temporary one in the summer and in the winter if the heater wasn't working he would provide us a heater in the meantime. Luis is an... read more
i been here for for 3 years but we got a new property manger and she’s not very good she’s not on top of things around the complex unlike the old manger witch is sad
