We have been with valley residential for several years have had nothing but great experiences .
My family and I waited for over a year to get an apartment through these people after we lost our home of 3 yrs. After waiting that long they sent us our papers saying we were approved and we had several conversations with the people at their office, reassuring us that "everything is gonna be ok now" and "hold on for just a few more days". Will never return phone calls or even answer the phone to begin with, emails go ignored and so will you. This company needs to be sued into oblivion, they're causing far more harm than good to the entire valley.
