If only everyone in this industry were as knowledgeable and professional as Eric. I was dealing with a sloppy appraisal from another company and after proving that it was not up to par, the bank asked me to locate a second appraiser for a second opinion. He recently conducted two appraisal for us. As an owner of multiple properties in the LA area and having seen the work of many appraisers, I was greatly impressed with Eric's professional and deatail approach to value. The second appraisal was a more complex Multi-Family appraisal, that required time in reviewing, driving, calling and researching. Upon receipt/review of both appraisal's his detail, understanding & completeness was impressive. I will be referring him to others in need of appraisal services.
