Filed two legal complaints against Valley Rental for mismanaging deposit. I would advise other tenants to take similar action by calling Division of Consumer Protection, Office of Attorney General SD. Currently working with an attorney to sue the company. Only reason it’s a 1 star is because I can’t leave it empty. Do Not Rent Here! Management (Darcy) is absolutely god awful and extremely unprofessional. No pets aloud yet there are plenty walking around without service vest. Constantly accused of having “walked in with a dog” as I was at my son’s football games. The repairs to microwave and dishwasher were “to expensive” and would be “replaced when we left”. Had a guest for 14 days and then refused to communicate for me to attempt to add the guest to lease.
