Trashy people trashy company. They don’t know how to talk to people with respect and understand the problem at hand.
Valley rental is the lowest layer of hell when it comes to rental companies. They do not care whatsoever about their tenants and view them only as cash cows. I was with them for 3 years and things just progressively got worse as time went on. I was charged $2200 on top of my security deposit when I left for not cleaning my apartment and having holes in the walls from pictures. These people are evil and care only about money. Rent from them at your own risk
Could give 0 stars if I could. This place goes through “property managers” more than tenants. If you care about your credit scores & staying out of debt. RUN, STAY FAR AWAY. These people DO NOT care about you, whether if you have children or not, disability or not, even if you’re handicapped or elderly..THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
