Do not rent from them they are gonna keep your deposit and the pool is still not open at Westwood it's July 1st still CLOSED
I encourage everyone to steer clear of this management company. I applied for a unit that was listed as available on their website, paying the application fee at the time. The next morning I was notified that specific unit was actually not available. I requested my application fee be returned because their website was deceiving and I would have never applied if I knew the unit was unavailable, and they refused. They are crooks from the very beginning and I would not trust do any sort of business with them.
EDIT TO ADD: Valley Rental is tryna pull a fast one, yall. They think a new logo and page is gonna make us forget that their office staff is incompetent and their business model is built on taking advantage of people.
