I wish I could give them zero stars. They will do anything in their power to not give you your deposit back. Wiping the ceiling fan blades once isn’t enough somehow. This company did nothing by harass me while I lived there. They accused me of having parties and giving my number to the cops by racially profiling me from someone hiding fugitives in their apartment. They heard “brown woman” automatically assumed it was me. While it was just me and my kids that lived there. I had cameras inside my apartment and facing out towards my car because my car kept getting vandalized in the parking lot. Do not rent from them they are gonna keep your deposit and the pool is still not open at Westwood it's July 1st still CLOSED
I encourage everyone to steer clear of this management company. I applied for a unit that was listed as available on their website, paying the application fee at the time. The next morning I was notified that specific unit was actually not available. I requested my application fee be returned because their website was deceiving and I would have never applied if I knew the unit was unavailable, and they refused. They are crooks from the very beginning and I would not trust do any sort of business with them.
EDIT TO ADD: Valley Rental is tryna pull a fast one, yall. They think a new logo and page is gonna make us forget that their office staff is incompetent and their business model is built on taking advantage of people. Only part of the business that works is Bobby in maintenance. DONT RENT FROM VALLEY RENTALS, do your own research and protect yourself. Valley Rentals in Bismarck is not good. DO NOT RENT HERE.
