Ask for copies of turned in paperwork and have the person initial that they scanned it in and gave it to you so there’s a trail of accountability. Maintenance here did a wonderful job (Mike was awesome)! The staff we worked with at Valley Rental were great overall for the most part. The office staff and the Check in/check out process was sort of rough ,but we made it through. Timber tried to charge us two months over what we were suppose to be charged in the end, but the manager stepped in to make it right. My family and I rented for two years and as long as you follow your lease agreement and cleaning requirements, you shouldn’t have any issues.
