The Management at Valley Rental in Bismarck are the most unprofessional disgusting horrible management I've ever seen. Jackie Benz harasses all of her tenants. nobody can stand living on Valley rental properties in Bismarck. The better Business bureau has been contacted and investigations need to be started. Worst slumbers ever. I was there for 2 years and they never responded to any requests or repairs. I was told by other renters that when leaving Valley Rental would make up charges in the thousands of dollars for false reasons. They are the worst rental management company.
