They're some nurses that are rude, starting with the emergency staff behind the counter, a black woman was rude to my sister, my sister came in after me 30 minutes after just to be told by the receptionist, ( I already told you to wait over there, my sister hadn't even been there, she had just walked in & asked about my mother when she responded in a ride manner ) .
