RecommendedJust had an amazing experience at Urgent Care. My daughter is 4 and she was so nervous for the X-ray but everyone was so friendly, even showed her the X-ray picture and gave her a popsicle ! Brenda and the staff were amazing!! In and out so quick!!
I recommend Valley Regional Urgent Care. I had another great experience today. I was anxious about going in during a pandemic, but was worried about holding off until next week to see my regular doctor. The waiting room, exam room, bathroom were all very clean. The staff was professional and kind - Lynn at reception, Carla (?LPN) and the nurse practitioner, Brenda. I didn't have to wait long and was out of there and on my way to get my script in no time. Our community is very lucky to have this service!
It's been a rough few month and my.kids and I have been to Valley Regional several times. I have had a great experience every single time. the staff is supportive and attentive. The nurses are the best! We have been to the ED, urgent care, the lab, same day surgery, radiology, gynecology and physical therapy. Every department was excellent!
My husband was treated with the best care for the 4 days he was inpatient and I'm very thankful we have great staff so close to home ♡

Emergancy room is useless, it would be faster drive to new london or Dartmouth then to come to this emergency room. You sit there for 35 to 40 min before some body even comes in to talk to you. Then another hour to have the problem fixed.
