Our pickup was scheduled for Wednesday but our cart was missed, possibly due to neighbors car parked in front of cart. I called customer service on Thursday letting them know and they had a truck pick it up by the end of the day. Thank you for the excellent customer service and flexibility to pick it up!
These guys are great, very friendly and always super easy for us to unload our cardboard and glass.
