Professional in all aspects of Real Estate Sales and Property Management. They manage more properties and HOA's than any other company in Carson City, and for good reason... They have professional associates that don't take shortcuts and do things the right way, all the time.
They do not maintain the places they are responsible for. Moved in and had broken thing everywhere. The AC had water build up do to them not maintaining and making sure that it was in working when the old tenant left. I have had a hole in my ceiling for over a year and sheet rock that could fall at any time. I have informed them multiple time constantly and all they say is oh it hasn't been fixed yet.
