They are more than generous and understanding, very professional and informative in an questions about renting or help while renting they have gone above and beyond to help me out when I was a tenant, I see alot of negative reviews but I'm sure they are just spiteful thoughts of those who didn't hold up their end of being a tenant, I'm looking forward to renting and or buying again in the future!
The lady who works at the desk/ answers phones is VERY rude . I applied with them 3 years ago but because of the attitude of her and how difficult she made it to get information or ask questions I decided with another landlord . I Recently called to inquire again about a property same lady answered still very rude and disrespectful . Really a shame cause they seem to have nice variety of rentals .
