MOLD, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AND SO MANY LIES – DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Maintenance says they will fix things and doesn’t show up. Management (Nicole and Matt) lie and claim they will “get back to you” or “pass issues on to regional management” and communicate and then definitely don’t. I have been a loyal resident at Valley Ranch for almost 20 years. I loved living here for many years till BEACON management took over. My apartment is an old apartment. There have been ZERO updates in my very old apartment. I have had many requests to take care of things a 20-year-old apartment needs. None were taken care of. For 3 years the same complaints remain.
