I have been a loyal resident at Valley Ranch for almost 20 years. I loved living here for many years till BEACON management took over. My apartment is an old apartment. There have been ZERO updates in my very old apartment. I have had many requests to take care of things a 20-year-old apartment needs. None were taken care of. For 3 years the same complaints remain.
