Terrible service. The office manager treated me like a criminal because I wouldn't agree to full mouth x-rays when I didn't need them. This place is a rip-off besides the fact that they put out completely erroneous information. She actually told me that by law I had to have the x-rays and that they were the equivalent of eating a banana!

After spending three hours in a gentle chair next to Dr. Smith, I was genuinely amazed at his level of kindness, patience, and skill. I can’t imagine ever having anyone else work on my mouth.

Everything Ho Chu said below. Calling to schedule an appointment is the most frustrating thing ever. I would rather have 10 Colonoscopies and a root canal than have to try to schedule an appointment with VRI. Once you go in for imaging, they are professional and fast, but trying to talk to their scheduler is unprofessional and frustrating.

I spent TWO (2) hours on March 30, 2023, attempting to schedule a follow-up Mammogram to no avail. I called the number on the appointment slip VRI gave me: 408-283-9179. After waiting for an hour and eight (8) minutes, I finally got someone on the line and was transferred to another number 408-297-4591. I was told to try this second number first next time I want to schedule an appointment. VRI needs to trash/recycle their outdated appointment form!!!!!!!! I’ve called twice trying to make an appointment for my mother’s annual mammogram screening. The first time, after waiting for over 25 minutes the person that took the call for the appointment, was rude and dismissive and kept saying we couldn’t schedule the appointment, because she never followed up with her last appointment. I kept trying. Dr Chiu is gents land makes sure the visits are as comfortable as possible. Great results from procedures.
