I’ve called twice trying to make an appointment for my mother’s annual mammogram screening. The first time, after waiting for over 25 minutes the person that took the call for the appointment, was rude and dismissive and kept saying we couldn’t schedule the appointment, because she never followed up with her last appointment. I kept trying. Great team of essential workers keep what could be a difficult experience very smooth and relaxed. The folks that handle the paperwork are dialed and my tech made the process super easy. If I ever need more see-through images, this is where I wanna have it done!
