Absolutely terrible. Impossible to schedule. Waited for all together more than 1hr. to schedule and no one picked up the phone. Disaster.

I should have listen to my doctor and the review for this place. the wait on the phone goes for 1hr. I just want to ask some question about my appointment but it just seems impossible
Agree, that the wait time to just make an appointment is horrible.
The wait on the phone to make an appointment is outrageously long (40-50min). Most of us work and cannot stay on a call for this long. It looks like that VRI are very short of staff or staff training. They need to do something about this. I called their admin office to talk to someone and raise my concern. But no one would answer the call over there too! Interesting!
