I have been on the phone for over an hour. Reading other reviews, I see this is expected as phones are never answered. I need to make an appointment and will have to go in live as phones are never answered. I don't know why there is a phone number when phones are never answered. Front desk is nice. But, the technician, whose name is Kelly is super rude. He is very rude and with no basic respect to me during the whole test. I can't believe this clinic hired such a toxic technician and keep hiring him for so many years. For patient like me, the first time to take a x-ray on knees, I am not familiar with the equipment and what kind of posture I need to have. But this man keep complaining with very rude words like 'what the hell are you doing?', 'do you really understand me?' and keep judging me for the... read more
The x ray tech takes reallllly long lunches, made me wait 1.5 hrs even though i was the only patient there, and the reception staff is brazen about it. Should have seen the reviews before I picked this location :(
This radiologist here at the Ciro Clinic completely misdiagnosed an avulsion fracture from the X-RAY. This resulted in several expensive appointments that were completely unnecessary: A visit with my doctor to discuss a "treatment plan," an MRI and a Sports Medicine doctor. I did not need surgery. The MRI showed no break. There was nothing wrong with my bone; I just had a skin infection, which I correctly diagnosed myself.
