Wait time wasn’t bad considering I didn’t have an appointment. Personnel at the desk and technician were professional and attentive.

Excellent client service: the front desk people are friendly and knowledgeable with extending support to the waiting clients. I have ultrasound today, the technician is kind and patient with me. Her instructions are clear and specific. If I can not do it, she is keeping telling me that was okay. I appreciate their efforts to make sure I am well taken care of. Thanks, Room 230 RVI team group.
