This place provided sensitive information without first verifying any information including my correct and legal name, DOB, SSN, correct mailing address. Angelia just assumed it was as for me. She also told a VA representative that I had called earlier and she knew the VA would be calling. In fact, I was at work all day and did not have access to my phone until 1354. Really makes me wonder who she spoke with because Lord knows she doesn’t verify any information before speaking with me or the VA.

I appreciate the work but they cant get their billing right. I'm a disabled veteran 100% and have needed emergency care at Wake Baptist. My medical cost are provided by the VA and have been for 25 years. Im in the system. And they still bill me. Now I have a negative credit report because they bill 290.00 to me instead of the VA. This has been an ongoing problem. Who corrects this? I cant.
