Was referred here by my doctor to get an MRI. The MRI itself was super smooth, staff was very friendly, easy to get in and get out. The problem is that I get a bill in the mail a month later for $300+?! My insurance did cover a portion of the fee but the problem is have is that there was no personnel that communicated to me an explanation of benefits or what my financial responsibility would be before doing the MRI. Banner Imaging has VERY BAD attitude towards their mistakes. I had MRI with contrast in November last year. My right arm is still painful like hell. I contacted their management afterwards , the representative , named Kristin said it’s irrelevant to MRI! It was obvious contrast leaking. They ignored and DENIED their mistakes . Terrible attitude .
