I left work early to go get x-rays done before 4 o’clock and they were closed even though their sign says 5 o’clock. And it’s also really inconvenient when the number you provide it isn’t the correct number nor do you have office hours on Google.

I have been trying to schedule imaging. Worst experience ever getting it coordinated. You would think that a banner location can atleast see patient demographic information from a banner hospital or doctors office. I mean thats why we stay in the banner hospital network for convenience, right? See a banner doctor and go to banner hospitals, but demos and orders dont transfer. Are they not all on the same Cerner network? Whos smart idea was this........

This was my first time at the West Thunderbird Rd in Glendale location. I would go again and refer friends and family. The building is clean with welcoming decor. All Staff, from COVID check at entrance, front office/check in, and imaging tech were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. When I was contacted that my Dr. sent in an X-ray request, they had me schedule an appt. I have always had X-rays as a walk in only no matter where I go, but not a problem, I scheduled. I personally want to thank Heather, Sandy and Destiny for going above and beyond to help me get my biopsy scheduled and helping me figure things out. Ladies you are truly a blessing. Your manager needs to recognize great service and these 3 ladies did that for me. Thank -you again for being so kind and helpful.
