It was fast and professional and cordial.
very quick and friendly customer services and pleased with care and attention to procedures
Worst possible place you could go to. It took them 1.5 hours (Yes that is true) for them to pick up the phone. Then not even a single word of sorry, even as a courtesy. Then the guys didn't have appointment for next 2 months. Finally, after making the appointment, when I went, they claimed the appointment was cancelled.
