I have been trying to make an appointment with your facility for 3 days. I have yet to speak to a human being and have waited on hold for more than 5 hours. What kind of rinky dink medical facility are you running? Do you actually have people working there that answer the phone? The worst customer service I have ever received from a medical facility. An extremely welcoming office who has your comfort in mind. From the comfortable waiting room, to the waiting room in back, they take what to most is a stressful appointment and make it one that passes before you know it. Very friendly staff.
