I lived in an apartment under this management company a few years back and not only were they incredibly rude and difficult to work with but there were two gas leaks and a fire in the apartment due to negligence in maintenance that was responsibility of management. I will never be renting from them again and I highly recommend not to rent with them either.
Would give negative stars if I could. Christine is maybe one of the rudest and unprofessional people that I have ever worked with. Due to COVID my family was no longer able to afford the place I was going to be living so I had to unfortunately break the lease (I already had someone to sign it over to when I emailed her) and she made me pay $250 to sign the lease over to a friend.
