We used Valley for part of a season. We were told that we were on a budget plan and to call after our first delivery to set up payment. They then refused to deliver until we were paid in full claiming we were never on a payment plan. We payed what we could every month and rationed propane all season. During the polar vortex we were below 5% on both tanks. The furnace itself froze. We called Valley to ask for a fill as we had $70 left to pay and were in a tough spot. Their customer service is terrible. They've screwed up 2 orders for us and more for other customers that I know of. Delivery times have been taking longer and longer over the past few years.

Robin- We're very sorry about your most recent experience with our company. It has always been our policy that it can take up to five business days to deliver fuel to a customer on will call. I can see that we did attempt to make a delivery sooner, but for the wrong product. Once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.
I used Valley Fuel for years at my old home . I no longer need fuel oil or propane at this time but if I ever do again this will be the place I go. Larry & Theresa are wonderful!!!
We are first time customers of valley fuel and unsatisfied. Their truck had a malfunction and put more fuel in our tank than what we originally had ordered and budgeted. Now we have to pay an additional 100$+ than we what had planned. Thanks valley fuel we will not be reordering unless this problem is addressed and rectified.
They have always been good to us/me.
