I have been using Valley Pres for 40 years from birthing my daughter, caring for my elderly parents, and for the ER. It is conveniently located, and a safe, clean facility. Today I encountered a problem with medical records since my last ER visit. The woman was curt and very disrespectful on the phone. This was quite disheartening.
I was very sick on October 17 /2023 and was in emergency room for a few hours where I received excellent care from the doctors and nurses. I would like to extend my great appreciation to Marcia Lynch director of MCH .She met me in parking lot when I was extremely dizzy dehydrated,,she assisted me to ER then to ICU .Dr Vaprik, was very good and did his best to make sure I got better soon.He was a God sent .
