Service is a dumpster fire.
Havnt had a good experience with this dealer during the process of owning a VW. The car was good, quality was mid, dealer wasnt willing to help with warranty concerns. Advisor was terrible no communication asked for better communication and could never receive a call back. During the process of having speakers replaced rivet material was left all over the floor board. Wouldnt recommend this dealer we purchased a new vehicle from a different brand just because of how terrible we were treated here.
Terrible communication I’ve tried calling the dealership numerous times to speak to a manger or my advisor about my vehicle and I’m unable to get ahold of anyone besides the receptionist or occasionally the advisor will text me back but very rare I’ve been asking him to please call me but he has not….shocking…..My car has been there since 8/14
I made a service appointment a month in advance. I brought my vehicle in on time and received a text that my contact was Gabriel along with a link to see progress. After waiting over 3 hrs I checked with service desk. The person did some checking and found out nothing had been done on my vehicle. She apologized and said she’d let management know. I drove 180 miles round trip for no service.
