Very displeased! My brother was borrowing my vw bug and accidentally lost the key. He was directed to call lock smith...he did and key didn't work...so then, he called valley imports...was told to pay the partial to order key---so he did. He tried calling for a week or two to check on it. Was told to tow the car in...he did. Then, they called him and told him they cant do that and he needs to call lock smith. This business is so disorganized!
We recently started using Valley Imports for repair parts and their parts department has been amazing to work with. They are very prompt to send parts and keep us very well informed! Ask for Haley, she's the best!! NICC
Just bought a 2025 Audi SQ5 from Robbie Seaman. This is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from Valley Imports. I continue to go back because of the customer service. I live in Minot and drive 4 hours to buy a vehicle. On another tip, I traded my 2021 Subaru Legacy XT with 6xxx miles on it. Crimson red. If you see it, buy it. That car was my wife and I baby. But as we got older we wanted something more. So we went with the Audi.
Needed a random favor finding specific grease and they went out of their way to help. Saved me some wait time. Thanks Valley Imports
Had a great experience with Valley Imports, I can honestly say these guys stand behind their word and provide a great customer experience. We bought a used Lincoln Navigator for my wife but almost immediately started having issues with a grinding noise coming from the wheel well. They tried to look into it multiple times and even allowed us to use a local shop so we didn't have to drive back to Fargo all while covering the bill.
