I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. Service was done well and personnel were friendly and professional.
Terrible service. I’ve had multiple occasions of trying to call and schedule service, where absolutely no one answers. Either they’re always short staffed or everyone takes lunch at the same time. They also kept telling me I had to reschedule a warranty service because the parts weren’t in yet, but it turns out they never even ordered them so it never got done. Go somewhere else. I have been a frustrated customer for years. They consistently take 3-4 hours for an oil change. Contacting them with questions is impossible. It’s too bad they sell such amazing cars attached to the worst service department I’ve ever been to.
Very displeased! My brother was borrowing my vw bug and accidentally lost the key. He was directed to call lock smith...he did and key didn't work...so then, he called valley imports...was told to pay the partial to order key---so he did. He tried calling for a week or two to check on it. Was told to tow the car in...he did. Then, they called him and told him they cant do that and he needs to call lock smith. This business is so disorganized!
We recently started using Valley Imports for repair parts and their parts department has been amazing to work with. They are very prompt to send parts and keep us very well informed! Ask for Haley, she's the best!! NICC
