Had a pool installed in July 2016, they made such a mess of the yard that we had to install patio pavers to regain some sort of decency to the yard. Pool quality is poor and service is even worse. The filter pump has been leaking since day one and they are aware of the situation. Whenever you happen to get in touch with someone, there is always one excuse after another as to why it is not remedied. They keep saying the parts are ordered, how long should it take, two years?? Bought a Nordic hot tub 6 years ago from the local dealer and the tub leaked from day one. 4 warranty and 2 out of warranty service visits failed to correct the problem. That dealer lost the Nordic partnership and soon thereafter went out of business. The leak got much worse this spring and I called Valley Pools and Spas for a service visit. Mike arrived and in 40 minutes, identified and corrected the leak. Very friendly and professional. Valley Pool and Spa now has another very happy and loyal customer. Thank you very much.
