Friendly staff
Love the hot tub. The whole purchase/delivery/setup was fast and efficient. Our spa is inside our gazebo. Previously we owned an Almost Heaven tub and a Sundance Cameo. We downsized to a smaller tub this time and it was a good choice. Highly recommend Valley Pool & Spa. Thank you!
This was a complete nightmare, I explained the size of my pool , which was 1000 gallons, I was quoted like 130.00 for a care package , they gave me a 240.00 package which i only found out when I added the chemicals then my pool turned white, to find out they put my pool size at 10000 gallons, 10 times the chemicals needed, I had to drain the pool and fill it again, then Trish was very rude when I spoke to her about her mistake, she tried to blaming a co worker, then blaming another co worker for her poor workmanship. After calling to see if they had what I needed I drove 1.5 hours to the store and they had everything I needed and a few other items as well.
