This is an updated review on experience I had beyond the purchase of my new Hot Tub & Pool Heater. I had some issues with communication on some services & was called by the owner who spent quite a bit of time asking me what they could do better etc & resolved my situation. 🙌. Have to say it’s a rarity to have customer service like that anymore. Kudos to valley pools & spas for treating customers so good !!
