After a bunch of research on hot tubs and hot tub retailers in the area, I recently purchased a Sundance 780 Dover from Valley Pool & Spa, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've talked with 3 different employees of Harrisonburg Valley Pool and Spa in opening up a pool new to me (with no knowledge of how to). They have all been very helpful and made me feel comfortable asking them questions!
I am very happy with my experience with Valley Pool and Spa so far! We have been well taken care of from pre purchase months ago to delivery last Monday. Set up was fast and tidy. I received everything I needed to get up and running and then some! Great instructions on use and care from the installation team. Nice people and very personable. Can recommend them whole heartedly!
