The pool techs are always cautious not to let our dogs out and always make sure the pool gate latches. They even were able to provide some consulting on some drains for a commercial project I was working as a general contractor. Every employee I have encountered always goes above and beyond.
Benchmark is definitely a great store with great people working there. It’s my go to place for all my pool needs! Try it and you’ll see!
Horrible customer service makes appointments doesn’t show up , turned our equipment off said they would be back the next day(Friday) never heard from them. Not the first time we won’t give them our business again
Staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to go out of their attorney answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend this place over the other pool supply business in town.
