I had a pool drain done by Benchmark. After the work was done, my pool started to bubble and peel. I did some research afterwards and found out the pool is NOT supposed to be fully drained. Shouldn’t this company know this? Is there anything I can do?

You can check my record. I don’t leave one star reviews ever in fact, I think they should only be used with caution. You make a long story short I brought my robot to them to have it repaired. They told me it needed a new cord. No one contacted me for a couple of weeks. I had to contact them. They told me it would be ready on a Tuesday. I called them Tuesday. It wasn’t ready. If I could give zero stars I would there is a huge lack of communication with this company. Their customer service and refusal to take accountability for mistakes is what lead us to seek service elsewhere.

Always professional and knowledgeable. They helped me my pool sweep and talked about rebuilding versus new sweep.
