If I could give zero stars I would there is a huge lack of communication with this company. Their customer service and refusal to take accountability for mistakes is what lead us to seek service elsewhere.
Always professional and knowledgeable. They helped me my pool sweep and talked about rebuilding versus new sweep.
If you own a pool in the Fresno area, I highly recommend Benchmark Pool Supply. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to help you troubleshoot problems instead of just trying to sell you something. I came in looking for a specific part they didn’t currently have in stock, and instead of brushing me off, they helped me track down exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction.
