Unfortunately Dr. Larkin you might be a good doctor but your desk help is no help. I guess my foot and my life mean NOTHING TO THEM. After WHAT YOUR OFFICE DID ABOUT MESSING UP MY MRI THEY WANT TO GIVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT HAVING A FOLLOW UP ON A WENSDAY! I CAME IN APRIL 1, 2026. AND I am still waiting I had to schedule the MRI. BECAUSE YOUR OFFICE PUT IN THE Wrong INFORMATION!!!!! AND TODAY IS 04/22/2026.
My experience at Valley Podiatry Group is always great From the time I walk through the front office door the receptionist is so polite she tells me to be seated and some one will help me. Within a short time taken to room to see my care provider Armarita Kaur. She is so great so glad I got her for my care. Best of all she's helped me with the issues that I went in for and some.

Have been a patient of Dr. Shimozaki for many years. He is not only an excellent podiatrist, but also a very fine person. His staff is always friendly and efficient .
