Their customer service was horrible the last time I dealt with them. I asked them to call me when they got to town as I had to work. I gave them my cell phone number and only my cell phone number as a contact. When I got home I found a message on my landline answering machine telling me that I wasn't answering the door. When I called the office, the lady I spoke with was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with.
