They went to go check the water heaters a they were so polite and so courteous they even waived the service fee
Everything was thoroughly reviewed, considered, and completed.
The actual service was great! The customer service/scheduler I spoke to was not very customer focused and told me that I could not send a tech today because it was going to be on overtime. I think she needs for soft skills training.
We had Jamie and Daniel originally come out during a plumbing inspection while we were in escrow, and they discovered a leak in the master bathroom faucet, which causing leaking in the dining room area. They were able to quickly isolate the incident and came out on Tuesday to remediate the issue. As the first time, they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the project in no time!
