The management is terrible. They are very invasive of your privacy, do not deal with issues that arise and do not respect your availability when they deem repairs are necessary. I know that it is one of the most affordable places here in town, but you pay for that with no services and lousy resident relations.
This is a great place to live. They fix maintence problems faster than any other place I have lived.
