Have Always been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Friendly and helpful staff! I didn't have to long of a wait either. Got my results back within a week which was sooner then they had quoted.
The collection process was great, the staff was courteous and friendly. Getting the results back however has been a joke. I was told 3 to 5 days for the results to come back and I would be emailed with them. Over a wee has passed still no results have called several times IF I have been able to speak with someone I get told they will call me back in about 20 minutes. I’ve NEVER received a call back.
