I love Valley pets have been using them for years if I have a problem they help me fix it I bought Oscars catfish everything there cichlids I would love to have another tortoise from them can't afford it I think they're great they help a lot
Best place ever born and raised here never been anywhere else
So my wife and I stopped by to look at prices, found a extra large and tall cage and proper lighting for our chameleon and heat pad for our sons bearded dragon. Asked on the prices and was given a deal we couldn't pass on. Cheaper to visit a local business rather than online ordering.
I will not shop at Valley Pets anymore. They sell unhealthy animals and broken equipment. Lack credibility, common manners and have screwed me too many times. I have met a couple nice people in there, but over all this place is not worth it. Do not waste your time or money.
We have been customers for 9 years. We get a 5 start treatment, and they treat us like family. The place is great, the prices are awesome, and we can find anything we need. We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

This is all around a great place, the staff will go above and beyond to make sure you have all your questions answered. I came in with a handful of questions about adding to my SA cichlid tank and got more information than i can remember. This is a quality pet shop that will be more than able to answer and help you with anything you need. Would recommend to anyone, will be back again. Also a word of advice "do not buy fish offline" support your local pet shop instead, this way you can see what you're buying.
