RecommendedWe bought a Golden doodle puppy from Dave last week and she has been amazing. The buying experience was awesome! They offer financing on the dog plus any large items (we threw a crate in with it). I went in on a whim today and found everything I needed. the staff was amazing and so helpful. I learned things about my Geckos eating habits and the variety she needs. they even gave me a free cockroach like creature that she loved. I will be a regular from now on. Soapbox time!!!!!! I have seen many mixed reviews and not sure what everyone is complaining about. it's not a dirty store, the animals are taken care of and the staff is great. think some people just need something to complain about! that's my two cents😉

I just finished updated my 1 star google review. If I could give 0 stars I would. Where should I start? The ridiculous prices? You people ask high quality breeder prices for sickly low quality animals. A good portion of the animals you have specifically the reptiles look as tho they have been donated or released to you and you are trying to make a quick buck off of these free animals you have acquired. Crappy attitude from the guy who had to come out of the back. He also wasn't wearing a mask but the sign at the door said everyone had to wear one.

I have been a customer here for nearly 2 years and they've honestly never let me down. Their staff is amazing and so helpful and really take care of their people and critters. I really don't use the big pet stores unless absolutely needed. From live feeders to their enclosures and crazy large selection of amazing pets and fish I feel like I'm going to a mini zoo every time we go for crickets!
Fantastic service! Great prices. Wonderful store. Great selection. I love everything about this place and will continue to shop here, even though it's a bit out of the way from where I live. I have nothing but great things to say about Valley Pets! Strongly recommended!!!
The owner personally helped us, gave us advice and hooked us up with a tank, stand, and everything we needed for an excellent price. I highly recommend this place.
