I called Peterbilt Stockton to get the fittings for an air dryer I purchased from them, and the parts rep told me I’d need to bring the entire air dryer into the dealership so they could figure out what fittings go with it. Seriously? As a dealership parts department, they should know — based on the VIN or even the part number — what fittings are required. That’s standard practice at every other dealer I’ve worked with. Please don’t come here i was here for reverse problem i told him i have rev problem after 3 days i call them back they told me me computer show us the code with throttle and nox sensor i said i know that but i was here for reverse problem my truck is not taking gear on reverse i don’t wanna fix anything else but they said we haven’t check reverse problem yet there is no code they ssid it will take 3 to 4 more days to check without reasoning charge me this money
