Very kind and helpful
I love the Vally Pet Care it’s more closer to my house! And it’s a bit more cheaper! I love it! The people there are friendly and helpful
When they first moved to this location, they were great. Unfortunately, not anymore. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment, and even getting a receptionist to return a phone call seems impossible. If you love your pet, look elsewhere. Basic communication shouldn’t be this difficult and receptionists shouldn’t be rude.
They added charges to vet/spayed bill that I didn’t approve of, I was no longer comfortable leaving my lil girl there. No service was done to my pet, so they said, my $75 deposit was non refundable. I just didn’t cancel for no reason, I walked in, bill was higher then they said, receptionist was not nice, I just couldn’t leave my lil girl there with this kind of service. Everything in me was so uncomfortable!!
