I am the tenant of a unit that needed treatments. I was able to communicate directly with their office to arrange times to do that. The office was friendly and accommodating, the techs came when they said they would, and the techs were also friendly and efficient.
Love Valley Pest Control, no contract, call them when you need them! Also do a great job of controlling the pests.
I'm accustom to Trevor calling to schedule a visit-when suddenly I was interrupted during an important interview and two unknown men trying to entire my property without permission. I'm not from Salem nor the PNW. My neighbors decided to grow a corn field within their fenced property and suddenly I have daytime trespassers (a rat) a size 9 men shoe. More and more I'm considering paving the entire yard. The two gentlemen respected the property and were professional. Thanks Valley Pest!
Spot On! These guys& gals are just wonderful to work with. Thank you for all your hard work! Laura's Investments LLC Linda
My technician Andrew was prompt and very knowledgeable. He explained all of the aspects of how the wasp nest removal and the treatment were important to insure the wasps didn’t return. He was thorough and kind and I appreciated the information without any pressure to sign an ongoing contract. I highly recommend Valley Pest Control and will definitely use them again if I have future pest issues.
