My technician Andrew was prompt and very knowledgeable. He explained all of the aspects of how the wasp nest removal and the treatment were important to insure the wasps didn’t return. He was thorough and kind and I appreciated the information without any pressure to sign an ongoing contract. I highly recommend Valley Pest Control and will definitely use them again if I have future pest issues.
I'm under contract to buy a home; another pest control company simply didn't show up for appointment for inspection for wood-eating pests so I was under serious time constraint to get inspection done immediately same day or the next day so I'm not in breach of contract.
