Valley Pest has always taken great care of us. Thank you Keith for getting rid of the ants!
Keith did an excellent job. Explained everything that would be done and what actions would be needed to prepare for the spraying and fogging of Carpenter Ants. The owner, Jeanne, is most professional and accommodating. She worked with us in scheduling dates and notified us when Keith was on his way. Keith got right on the job and completed it timely and efficiently. Billing and payment was easily done online when the job was complete. We highly recommend Keith at Valley Pest Control.
Fantastic communication, on time appointments, and not pushy about their service. They got rid of a rat problem and the rats never came back with their advice and traps.
I find Valley Pest Control to be professional, thorough and very easy to work with. I like the fact they are truly local to our valley and communities, and I enjoy knowing the products they use are non-toxic. PS, I didn't realize until I posted this review that Valley Pest Control holds a 5-Star rating... That is very difficult to achieve, and a well deserved rating
