Valley Pest Control seems affordable and like the obvious pick, but the company does not provide a termite bond that covers repairs, and they are careful not to mention that when you sign their contract. Their "bond" only covers retreatment. If you find yourself in a situation where the termite treatment you paid for has failed, you don't want the company that failed to keep termites out re-treating your house anyway. We recently bought a new home and the previous owners had been using valley pest control and had already paid through August, so we figured we would just stick with them. First we had issues just getting them to send us the contract. After calling them 3 or 4 times we finally got the contract but the wording was odd and we were confused by a couple things so we called to ask them a few questions. Nathan is always friendly however the office staff is very unorganized and unprofessional!! I called last week to check cause we were 2 weeks over due. No return call notta call again monday morning she said when would you like to schedule? I was like can you tell me why they've not been out very short told me shed look into amd call me back about 1 nathan shows up... No notice no call etc. If im montly then every 4 weeks or so i should be on schedule and that's not how they seem to work After 6 months of service we cancelle... read more
