DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Had a meet and greet scheduled with Dr Chowdhury, which I was running a few minutes late to due to traffic, and gave a courtesy call well ahead of time to let them know. Dr said just cancel the appointment. I am in town just for the week from Florida and will not be back until after the baby is born and this is my only chance to meet with the doctor, is there anything they could do? I don’t know where the practice hires front desk staff. The practices is going down the drain. The front desk staff with the long blonde hair, Deon unprofessional. Snobby and likes to talk back with snobby remarks. Looks at you negatively with her non verbals and constantly rolls her eyes. Dr chowdery calls exactly at my appointment time to state she has an emergency. I was literally 4 mins behind schedule to be scolded as if I was in grade school. Front desk is rude. I called to pay for a bill. She sounds like not in a good mood. I recommend she find another job if this work makes her so annoyed.
