Thank you ever so much for the wonderful care you’ve given our family over the years. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, and the providers have consistently guided us with such care and sound judgement. We shall miss Valley very, very much.
Dr Chowdhury was absolutely awful. Didn't introduce herself or make eye contact. Also pretty sure she has no clue about vaccines. Made zero effort to make my daughter feel comfortable or seen. The front desk was helpful in making a timely appointment but beyond that there's no care here. They openly talked about other patients where I could hear them. Total lack of humanity and respect. My recent visit with Dr. Juan has been great. I plan on coming here with my little one for a very long time.
I hate how it goes straight to the voice-mail. Terrible sales tactics. Front desk is rude, and unprofessional. Change
We love Dr. Juan, the nurses and staff. We’ve been coming here with our baby since he was born. They always take the time to answer our questions and messages. We’re so happy we found them!!
