They dont answer their phone even in normal business hours. Says lunch is from 12 to 1. Its 1058am. Says they open at 9am.
We had an appointment at 1pm. We were not seen until almost 4pm. No "we're running a bit behind", no "thank you for your patience, we'll be with you shortly, we are a bit understaffed", no checking in with us at all. We were seen by a np, no doctor in sight. Kind of dismissing too. Won't go back.

Didn't bother doing an email confirmation, phone confirmation, no confirmation if any sort, we weren't told they only do new patient appointments before 3. Very unprofessional staff, wasn't even greeted when I entered, just immediately handed a mask with no words. Another family came in after us and they were not given masks as well as some of the staff who did not have to wear a mask, seemingly just us.
