I don't know why they have 5 starts if they never answered the phone I am trying always to reach them and never answer
Didn't bother doing an email confirmation, phone confirmation, no confirmation if any sort, we weren't told they only do new patient appointments before 3. Very unprofessional staff, wasn't even greeted when I entered, just immediately handed a mask with no words. Another family came in after us and they were not given masks as well as some of the staff who did not have to wear a mask, seemingly just us. I called at different times for different reasons and they never answer the phone. Why would they have a phone if they're not going to answer it?
