I've been going to this facility since my baby was born, but unfortunately, I haven't had a positive experience. I've visited on four occasions, and during each visit, I felt dissatisfied. For instance, I filled out paperwork, only to discover that it was filled out incorrectly on the computer. They never got my baby information correct so they deleted his account info and had me redo the paperwork. Additionally, the staff seemed rude and appeared miserable. I can’t say enough great things about this pediatric clinic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The clinic itself is bright, clean, and kid-friendly, which immediately put both my child and me at ease. The pediatricians here are incredible.
