These guys made me and my family feel comfortable bringing our son there. Overall great experience
Dentist didn’t introduce themselves. No place to sit for parents when daughter was getting checked out. Hygienist were friendly. Waiting room was not really kids friendly or easy to locate kids area and it was small.
I came back from a bad experience in other office, here a I feel I was heard my concerns. I went with my three children’s, I have sat in each room and explained everything single thing separately for each one needs. I highly recommend this place. My kids didn’t feel any fears at all , staff walk them through everything!!!
My daughter has been seen here a few times. Our most recent experience wasn’t great. Tech was great, however the dentist and the wait time were pretty awful. We arrived 10 mins before the appt, only to wait 35 mins to go back (and with a toddler that can be a bit tough). Once we got back there the tech was great, nice, and kept my daughter calm. Once the dentist came she wasn’t nice at all. She said my daughter “shouldn’t be using a pacifier at almost 3 years old”. This is after I told her it’s only used to fall asleep (oh a... read more
