Words cannot express how happy we are with Valley. When my daughter's insurance unexpectedly cut ties woth her old ABA, Valley was so quick to get her started. They are patient, and very helpful. Their guidance meetings are very detailed and they really take deep care into kiddos. Lauren is an amazing owner and I will reccomend this company to anybody in searching for a safe, clean, positive ABA center. I saw soo much growth in my daughter in just the couple months she has been there.
We have had a wonderful experience with Valley Pediatric ABA so far. The RBTs and BCBAs have all been kind, caring, professional, and genuinely invested in providing great support. The environment is clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and communication with parents has been excellent. We always feel heard and kept informed, which has made the experience so much easier for our family. We are very happy with the care and support we have received and would definitely recommend Valley Pediatric ABA to other families!
I can't speak highly enough about Valley Pediatric ABA and the amazing team led by Lauren. I knew this was the right spot for my son as soon as we walked in. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and professional. The space is incredibly clean and the staff are highly trained, patient and compassionate. We’ve witnessed incredible progress with our son and are forever grateful!
I began the application process with Laura in September and haven’t heard a word. Ive left voicemails and emails. Nothing but silence. She was super prompt in beginning to obtain all our private information and insurance so she could get started. Have NO desire to move forward with such an office that’s unreliable and unresponsive.
