No cameras inside storage building. Recently having a problem with people breaking into storage units. Baytown Storage takes no responsibility even though the storage units are inside of a supposedly secure building. If you have a unit here you may want to think twice. I’m removing my belongings. If anything stolen, to collect on insurance you must have pics and receipts of what’s in storage unit!!!!! They take no responsibility. My daughter who had things stolen from her unit was told that “they can’t watch everything”.

they had a very good tenant owner... now they have this racist couple who deliberately racially profiled me and claimed I was sleeping in my storage when I was clearly looking for something...I have had this storage goin on 3years never had an issue dude was yelling told em watch your mouth and told em I don't understand em cause he's yelling and we can finish talking once he learns how t control his volume he responded wit saying he's gonna call the police I asked for the corporate number they refused to give it to me list ... read more

We are very sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with our facility. Our managers had substantial evidence that you were living in the unit, and they had to take measures to ensure our policies are in place. Living inside of the units is not allowed.
