This dental office is ****. I have a secondary dental insurance and when I have a special procedure done they submit the charges to my primary insurance and what ever they don't pay my secondary insurance handles it. They contested that my secondary insurance did not pay any of their part, so I brought the statement, showed it and they said everything was paid off. As the Review states before me. I was upsold upon as well. On top of them adding onto my bill. I was put on the spot and talking into going with Invisalign by the new dentist there. Once I got home and cleared my head. I told them I wasn’t interested in Invisalign anymore and canceled my follow up appointment. Now I’m getting a bill if almost 3000$ dollars for something I told them I didn’t want. I was told there was nothing they could do and offered a partial refund but I would still owe them 1700$ for absolutely nothing. T... read more
