Dr. Xi Chen, is such a wonderful doctor she is so kind. She listens and she truly cares about you. Her injections are incredible seamlessly?You don't even feel much at all.And she's just so kind with her words telling you what she's doing next. Honestly I didn't even know I was getting shots in my neck and my shoulders.I could not feel it very much at all. I just say thank you to the universe for giving me another wonderful doctor. 🌷🌷🌷
I wish I can give that more than five stars! Dr. Chen and her staff are amazing! Her office manager is kind, compassionate, and efficient! They all are! There was such ease scheduling from the very first appointment. The doctor listens to you and doesn't treat you like you're drug seeking. I am 60 years old and I have had a lot of issues that causes chronic pain in my body. She has done wonders for me. I would recommend her over any other pain doctor, or pain clinic! Honestly just felt like they couldn't get rid of me fast enough.. As if being diagnosed with chronic pain was a dream of mine... it's not. Thanks so much for barely seeing me. And making me feel like "its all in my head" when i have several issues going on at once and it is what it is. Wish yall the best.
Horrible doctor. Incompetent and unethical as hell. Obviously didn't take the Socratic oath. Docter Chen has no idea what she is doing. Prescribed something that almost killed me. Got so sick I almost had to go to the ER. She needs her license taken away before she kills someone. For God's sake stay away from this place.
I cannot recommend Dr. Xi Chen and the entire team at Valley Pain Service enough! From the moment you walk in, you can tell Dr. Chen truly listens and cares about your well-being as a whole person, not just a symptom. She provides high-quality, compassionate care that is hard to find. A special shoutout to Tanya, who went absolutely above and beyond to help me navigate my treatment and manage my pain effectively. I am so grateful to have found this team. They have made a world of difference in my quality of life!
