Worst place ever. They will not call you back, rude and will cancel appointments.
Canceled my appointment without telling me, thirty minute drive for nothing.
They are disconnected. They can never figure out my prescriptions so I have to continually call the pharmacy and the pain clinic to get my required medication. I have to continually re-educate the staff on my refill procedures. The support staff arre not polite. Some of the nurses and PA are the exception. The prices for service are high. I am trying to find more reasonable and personalized care.
This place has been closed for months!!!
I've been going to Valley Pain for several years now. They are absolutely amazing in how they treat me and care for my chronic pain. I have a very complex rheumatological condition which which causes chronic inflammation and pain within nearly every joint within my body.
